700 Gil for a Vial of Slime Oil... Well worth it, considering it's doing a wonderful job at polishing my shiny white set of artifact Paladin armor. Even had some leftover for that Adaman set I'm storing for the day I get to L73. All good because I expect to be wearing it soon after I go back to the world of adventuring.
Sadly, I still have to wait another 2 weeks before getting back into the blood-tanking groove (if they even let us Pallies do that at L72 anymore.) Got some engagements I can't free myself from until then. I really miss all the stuff I did a few months ago, even though I kept complaining about it all at the same time.
Heck, I miss training myself with new weapons in Quicksand Caves. I got to learn Pentathrust, which was a bit of a thrill for me. Sure, it sucked damage-wise, but hey, it's still fun to do for me! I still want to learn that darned wicked Sickle Moon. Nothing like swinging a two-handed greatsword around like crazy!
My only worry so far is to whether or not my guild survived those two months. ...No, not in the sense of "they can't survive without me around", I'm not that much self-conceited! I'm just worried about the ever present chance that something could happen at any moment that would either divide the shell, or outright kill it. Only positive thing if it did happen would be that I wasn't around to be blamed for it.
Yah, I miss Smarties. Wish I could talk to them earlier, but that previous engagement also has left me without access to my Mog Safe, thus no access to my linkpearl. Guess the suspense will last for those two last weeks.
